Hey, it took me a year and a several months to draw somewhat decent muscles...and I'm still learning! XD
If you really wanna learn how to draw muscles, try finding an animal book (I recommend one with horses), or maybe one that shows human muscles (I always thought dragons and humans shared the same muscle shape/tone and stuff...).
This one looks kinda buggy...sorta. The head just reminds me of a praying mantis, but with smaller eyes and a longer mouth..nose...or whatever you may call it.
