Iggy used to blend into the wood work for me as originally get was just Larry with Lemmy's hair and glasses, but once they totally revamped him for the new games he quickly jumped up to my 2nd favorite. Picturing him as this totally spastic and sadistic mastermind, sometimes almost too crazy to even function, but his mind is shockingly advanced. I definitely see him and Wendy as the most cruel of the Koopalings.
