Noisers are the choice creature for enforcers around the Nexus, an interdimensional hub that can have some rather taxing demands of any regulatory force. As such, every Noiser is outfitted with sound-based weaponry that can be adjusted for mere crowd-control, or turned all the way up to vibrate the flesh from their target's bones. Even without their weapons, Noisers are towering and freakishly strong, and have been known to sweep up and hold smaller suspects with a swing of their over-sized hands. Their source is a well-guarded secret, though few are willing to look into whatever creation process is behind these half-mindless, cybernetic brutes.
