I really want to host a skype based game with some friends every week. Most people dont live anywhere close to me, so it would be better than doing a ' meet me IRL, fuckers ' kind of night, y'know?

It's a pain in the ass trying to get a game together without people near, for sure,. Skype has its difficulties too, though, it's harder to get people to focus when you can't throw something at them (or as my old DM used to do, shoot d20s at them with a tiny crossbow). If you do get an online group going though, there are some really great tools available out there! Plus I think there was some tiny program called like... Redpath or something? Was a really nice way to store a character sheet digitally. Best of luck though man, a good group is worth its weight in gold!
