The girl is a necromancer souleater named Nemesis, and the guy her boyfriend the good knight Enato.

Enato's evil twin Otane got his hands on a remote that changes the reality and used it to give all females he met, bigger breasts. Including Enato's girlfriend Nemesis. Nemesis was borned by magic and doesn't get why males and females are build differently. Here, she's showing the new chest size problems for her boyfriend. Enato doesn't seems to mind the change XD
