Couch Kitties: The Phillies Are Getting Squirrelly...

After Phillies starting pitcher Phillippe Aumont gave up four earned runs in the second inning of Friday night's game against the Cardinals, a nearby squirrel decided enough was enough.
Climbing up the protective netting behind home plate, the squirrel gave Phillies faithful some much-needed entertainment while watching their 23-45 ballclub on its way to another dreadful loss. The critter showed off some impressive balance as he circus-walked across the wire holding up the net.
Sign the damn squirrel. Couldn't help but improve the lineup, I say.

I noticed this from the original link:
"This isn't the first animal sighting at a Phils-Cardinals game. Back in 2011, a squirrel disrupted Game 4 of the NLDS when he scampered across home plate."
Squirrels get really bored with Phillies-Cardinals games, it seems. Must be their equivalent of a chess game on the radio.
