Hmmmrr I think that personal too every artist :o , some just have a cute art style and can really bring emotions too happy pieces but will have struggles with sad one's.
And Yes I have a huge preverence to sad art aswell :'3 I also didnt mind too use gore too make character theyre lives miserbale.
