Everytime I draw him he turns out different, but this version is at least plausible.
Anyway, I sorta drew him based on the commission that Korvahk made for me: http://fav.me/d8xqhqu
I really love the idea of the gear that he is wearing, so IF I ever make this guy another reference sheet, which I probably will, I'll more than likely include this get up in it.
