As some one who has had that done in real life from a baby.....it sucks.

Oh, I have too, it's quite an eye opener. Or eye closer, really. Ya learn real quick to keep the diaper ready to move into action, or have a fresh diaper ready to deflect. Is why I usually RP rubbing a cubs tummy or tickling them to make them finish peeing before changing their diaper, for a sense of realism even though very few cubs decided to play it out to that level if I forgot. Thankfully.
