The next in my villians list is like Dr. Kilwolski, an OLLLLLLLLLD character getting fresh life.
And yes he is a Mouflon sheep under all that armor, it's just, all the armor makes everything but the horns kind fade into the metalwork.
Baal Hammon is an ancient Sumerian god that has joined the ranks of the Fallen Gods and is incredibly powerful. Fortunately he can't personally take form in the real world but he can have a sacrifice become his avatar (as seen here) to do battle.
His armor is both a protective device and prison, but eons of containment have made the blood god and his armor almost one entity. He can make his armor grow solid spikes of blood, hurl hellfire, make it rain boiling blood, control the blood of his cultists, and he wields a brazier of fire.
More background details will be coming but for now enjoy.
