I’d finally gotten about halfway through Rhys’s incredibly thick curly hair before I felt some impatient paws pressing against my back. They danced in a slow gentle pattern as my eyes left the purple locks and suit sketches to focus on what was visible of his digits. Hardly any thought went into hopping off his back and moving around to enjoy the full length of his elongated paws. The sudden amusement on his face didn’t even register as I let out a happy growl and licked one of the smooth soles. My tail turned into a blur of fluff when there was no retreat. A few toes scratched my chin teasingly. Of course, that was probably the day the rat learned I had a paw fetish, and he’d never let me live that moment down.
