For those of you who don't know, you have to wait hours sometimes weeks to even contact an ONI administrator, even with my clearance with being in the UNSC. Being apart of the ODST's I was hoping to get some answers.

About a week ago my partner Rkar was sent out to Biko for an investigation on the rumored attacks at the embassy. Im assuming, with the reports that I have been hearing from a Crazy Ben J something… whatever his name, Sapient Sunrise? The last transmission, his news blurb how dare he fraternize ONI like this. Even if these things have meaning I am not to comment on them, I am not jeopardizing my life for propaganda.

I contacted ONI to find out where Rkar was and what was going on. All I know was that he was in Biko after this incident and from there I haven't heard from him. When I ring him I get this single creepy recording from ONI.

Something about it is wrong, "Thank you for calling Alpha Substation Mars, this contact is currently offline, goodbye."

Why would my call go to Mars, we have only been there once, yet… no…

ONI's reply is typical, similar to what you get when you ask to be silent about a job. In technical jargon this "Vacation" will lead me to Rkar, the funds were a nice surprise, but to be safe, Im going to withdrawal my funds and store them on his ship. Oh yea, there is that too, his ship is here but the Seraph is gone. Some old fighter that belonged to his father. He showed it to me before he left.

Anyway, Im worried about what I will find. By the time you read this I will already be at the location. Rhal of all people knows where to go... but thats Classified as usual. Im not all that fond of taking a shuttle from ONI, but Rhal is making that better even if he is ONI, he's been with us long enough. Im taking my armor and rifle, and my blade… Im leaving that behind.
