*Eternal feels a scaly .....snout(?).....against his foot tops, brushing against the skin and tendons, hearing the person at his feet sniffling at them. Then his feet feel a some large hands rubbing at the base of his toes, before massaging inbetween the gaps of his toes. The person in question giggled a bit, before snuggling with the handsome rat's feet A....tail(?) soothingly curls a bit around Eternal's ankle*
I do see you tied up more often in ropes rather than being a free rat, which I'm not complaining thats awesome! if it were my fursona i would probably spend 80% of my time tied up and gagged!
Hahaha i would say Eternal had gotten himself into a scuffle with the bartender which led to him getting his friends to tie you up and gagging you. Placing you in the back of the bar as punishment. Something like that thats probably what would happen with my fursona most likely

I actually can see both of us getting into this same scenario since my character/fursona is a bit of a rebel when it comes to getting his way. I can see the two of us tied up and gagged in the same bar sitting right next to each other lol. Even the bartender and his friends can be throwing peanuts and chips at us laughing and making fun of us while we continue to sit in our chairs tied up
