The heat of summer has a different sway on just about everyone. To some it's torture, murder even, kinda but not really. To others, it's a welcome chance to get outdoors whilst wearing barely anything at all!
Down at a quiet shoreline at the edge of a beach Bud would stroll. No pants, no shirt with an ice-cream cone in one hand and a popsicle in the other purchased not thirty seconds ago from a kindly gentleman in an ice-cream van.
After a few licks of his strawberry ice-cream but before he could indulge on hice frozen block of flavoured liquid on a stick, a large figure laying out before him blocked his path. T'was a dragon, and a large one at that, looking fairly exhausted. Bud gave the big orange figure a little bump to the butt with a foot and up rose Solid, sitting upright.
The dragon blinked a bit, looking down at the canine offering the presumably lime flavoured frozen beverage stick. A smile on his lips before they spread and took a majority of the popsicle in a snap. The smile remained, friendly and happy as he spread his legs and gave his thighs a little welcoming slap.
The two conversing without words, Bud smiled cheerfully with his eyes closed and turned his back, flopping against the dragon's stomach.
Everything immediately became a lot hotter and muffled.
