Bleach OC: Leona Valentine
Ref sheet for one of my Bleach OC's. I used an old picture I had that my friend Dae made as reference for the pose since I thought it fit Leona pretty well.

Zanpakto:
-Sealed Form: black hilt, golden hand guard with lighting bolts in it, crimson blade from hand guard and shades to silver.
-Shikai: "Jigoku no honō, Seyoru kara jōshō!"(Rise from the flames of Hell Seyoru!" looks the same but with fire covering the blade and a dragon's head made of fire at the top, staring at their opponents.
-Bankai: "Doragonrōdo Seyoru!"(Dragon Lord Seyoru!) A red Dragon with yellow underbelly, a bit bigger than a horse, comes from the sword and lets Leona ride on his back. the sword is still on fire, and Leona gets armor(similar to this: just think of it though more suitable for a woman)

Life in the Soul Society:
Leona and Toshiro share a mother. Leona is older than Toshiro by a few years and their Zanpakto are brothers. Leona grew up alone after her father left. He used to beat her which made her cold and strong. She found her Zanpakto at a young age and used it to defend herself while she tried to make a living. After she got into the Shin'o Academy, she began learning how to use her Zanpakto like a real Soul Reaper would and quickly learned everything she could. People made fun of her because of how she looked, what she was. But she quickly put their assaults down. Leona became the best at hand-to-hand combat in her class and was a close second in swordplay.
Leona graduated and joined Squad 9 under Sajin Komamura. She quickly became close friends with him. She was the only one he trusted besides Tousen of what he looked like. Leona even tried convincing Sajin to take off his helmet and be who he truly was, especially since she had dealt with it since childhood. Leona quickly rose through the ranks of Squad 9 and became the 3rd seat; even gaining the attention of the other Squad Captains. Specifically Kenpachi Zaraki.
Leona's savage way of fighting attracted him to her. At least as a way to entertain him. They began a "friends with benefits" relationship as well as they began being training partners. She learned how to react quicker from fighting with him. Even creating a hearing technique for her ears based off of his bells(sometimes she even wears bells clipped onto her ears to help with the technique). Soon after their relationship started, Sajin had her transferred to Squad 11 where she became the 4th seat very quickly.
A few months before Rukia was sent to the World of the Living, Leona was recommended to become the Lieutenant of Squad 13; Ukitake finally gave in to trying to have one again. Leona accepted and left Squad 11 and became Squad 13's Lieutenant. Ukitake was happy with her being there helping his two 3rd seats as well as helping take care of him. During this time she and Kenpachi decided they had to be more careful with their relationship with how quickly Leona was rising through the ranks.
When Gin, Aizen, and Tousen betrayed the Soul Society, Leona had met Ichigo a few times. He caught her interest. The rank of Captain was left open. It took a while, but eventually the remaining Captains decided that Leona should have the rank. After all, she was a master with her sword, she mastered Bankai, and was a strong Soul Reaper as well as a good leader. Her test though, was a fight against Kenpachi. She simply said, "Sorry Captain Zaraki, but I want to end this quickly," and showed off her Bankai to the rest of the Captains. Leona passed the test and became the new Captain of Squad 3. Leona also had a secret to hide from the Gotei 13: she was a Vizard.
Life in the World of the Living:
Leona goes to the World of the Living often, even when not assigned there. In her gigai, she looks like a beautiful teenage girl and attends the high school there with Ichigo and his friends. When she became a Captain, she and Kenpachi cut off their relationship, thinking it would be too risky especially since they were both so busy all the time. Being fully single again, Leona took an interest in Ichigo but did not try to pursue him. She didn't see the point since she was not human and he had human girls he could go for. Though she never knew that he had taken an interest in her as well but was too shy to admit it.
Leona instantly knew about Isshin when she first met him. She could tell he was a Soul Reaper and sometimes when she spent the night at the Kurosaki home, they would sit in the kitchen and have long talks about the Soul Society before Leona would crawl to the couch to sleep. Soon before the Vizard's Arc, Ichigo admits to liking her and they start a legit relationship. Though they try to not be so "public" about it so they don't get teased or bothered by it by Ichigo's friends.
Leona has learned how to control her Vizard self on her own but she goes with Ichigo often to meet Shinji to confirm that she has control over it.
When Orihime was taken by Ulquiorra, Leona tried to stop it but she was taken as well. Under the watch of Gin Ichimaru, Leona was stuck like a caged animal. She shared a room with Orihime but to separate them they had placed bars that suck her Spirit Energy away, enough so she cannot fight back. Eventually she escapes and joins the fight against the Arrancar and Lord Aizen.
Extras:
-Leona fights using her claws and fangs when using hand-to-hand combat.
-She can make a shockwave by roaring.
-Leona rivals Byakuya and Soi Fon in using Shunpo.
-When using Shunpo, she runs on all fours.
-When angered she tends to lash out with her claws at anyone who gets in her face.
-She had her own Captain's Haori created for her with no sleeves, red lining, and a torn end.
I will eventually draw her human form, expressions, her Zanpakto(all forms even the spirit).
