I've been wanting to do this since I decided Dio will technically be a slave in a way
Here's a short rundown.

When he was looking for work, a batarian and salarian found Dio in desperate need for a job. He had the looks, figure and flexibility they were looking for to start their little plan.

When they hired Dio, they knocked him out so they could restrain him. When Dio awoken, he was lying on his stomach, half naked. They forcefully engraved the red tribal spider into the centre of Dios' web like markings. He screamed and cried for them to stop. But they never did.

As Dio came to, he found himself now at gun point. And his mother was there too, to use against him. Dio was pissed the fact they kidnapped her but it was something to use against him. He loved his mother, he'd not want anything to happen to her. So as long as her mother was alive, he was bound to them. Forever a slave and attraction to the place he works.
