This is Nerium following the big "Friendship" Story Arch for Recluse-Spider and Ravine-Spider where she becomes the big villain. (All will be explained.) SHIELD then offers her to be able to use the symbiote without its anger and murderous nature by giving it the same chemicals they did the Venom symbiote for Flash Thompson. Being that the Nerium symbiote is similar to its sibling Carnage not all of that chaotic nature was taken away but enough for her to be in full control over the symbiote.
Since she isn't a spider totem however she didn't join Recluse and Ravine with the Omega Cluster when they appeared to recruit the 2 and their Spider-man.
