relaxingdragon1's sketch for approval! :)

As said on my devART submission, this one is definitely pushing me way out of bounds of my ability comfort zone - and yet, I'm really excited about that cause of the learning experience I'm technically being paid to do = win! It's also out of the ordinary that I drew to all ends of the cardstock too, normally I sketch ridiculously small. o__O;

If anyone has ideas, pointers, tutorials, references on how to at least efficiently digitally colour a dark under-water scene or neon-lights, please do so tell me or something!
