And it's really not a replacement at all.

Don't get me wrong here; The treadmill has it's place in a workout regimen but it does NOTHING to build muscle strength in your legs.

Really? Cause I've always felt that my legs were a result of burning about 1500 calories on the treadmill for two hours with breaks.

I did it because I actually needed that much weight, but eventually had to stop because it only holds 1080 lbs. Incidentally, it tends to tip over if it isn't unloaded evenly.
