Maybe it is not fear of who you are but rather the fear that you cannot be who you want to be because our society is so limited with the views regarded as "acceptable"? Anyways *leaves a hug*

You bring up a good point and honestly I agree. Within my family alone I grew up always having to pick sides as a young child always being the one to decide who was right and wrong never truly understanding why after my choice my other half of my family would get upset and start acting really mean for awhile until another choice would arrive then I'm left to choosing sides. I never had the choice to say "No I don't want to pick sides." after while when I would be around a half of my family I learned to act accordingly to appear always on each side. after losing my mom and being left to choose between my Grandma (my mother's mom) that hates my father or my father that hates my grandma I knew it wouldn't end without me being hurt the worst from the choice. I knew I would lose a side of my family regardless or at least receive the coldest shoulder that basically means lost of a family.

I had many tough choices whether between family, love, who to love, social standing, what crowd I belong to etc. I like to think I'm not alone in that regard cause we all got to make choices but the timing during when I had to make so many choices screwed me up so bad sometimes I start questioning if any choices I make will lead to any bad paths or consequences.

I think the first thing you have to agree on is there is black and white. There will be no right and wrong path, think about your path. You have your reasons to make choices your way, you have a reason to have a certain opinion. It is not always logic to others not do they stand important is, be yourself. If you are a perfect figure for society but unhappy, what does it help you?

I think finally we must agree in our life-time we will do good and bad, we will create and destroy. Sometimes by accident, sometimes willingly. The only measure should be that you look back on your life and say "I did the best I could, I am okay with how it turned out"
