Bast was always smaller than Shiva (I used to call him “Pici” which means “Teeny”) And also he sounds like a squeaking toy, even the vet said he has a unique voice :) I’ll try to record him when he is meowing once :)
Also when we got him we were told he is female, and my mother didn’t believe me when I said that he is actually a tomcat since he has some extra “accessories”. She only believed it when the vet said so.

So Bast is....a mix gender?
I remember our kitty Himalayan Persian; Smokey
Compared to our white Persian who had a louder voice, smokey could barely get anything out louder than our other one.
It was like a low tone meow with small raspy hint to it
When I was much younger, my sister and I thought it was cute to say it was like A French meow seeing as he was born in Canada.
