Livestream commission for mephis

This one was tricky to design for Mephia, but I'm happy with how it turned out. Taking the oriental stylings of a kimono and turning it into a ballroom gown of some sort. Pretty happy with the end result!

Oh my god she is freakin gorgeous ._. and the fact that she's a dragon AND purple (well, she has purple hair and wings and clothing at least) makes this like, a hundred times better
