And right he is. That's just really amazing in every possible take of the situation. Getting invited for a flight above the treetops with some happy company must be rather dreamy for every jolly Pokémon like Shiny who is ready for such happy kinds of adventures.
I am pretty sure that he loves the view and indeed the vista here looks so dazzling and beauteous. Seen in various of your other artworks, I still dig that sprayed kinda gradient that you create on some surfaces like here on the clouds in the back. It really has something quite nice abut it.

That said, all the other aspects of this scene look ever so fantastic in my book. I like the little details like those shines on Shiny's round back as well as on Chingling's ribbon. Speaking of which, you gave that a super pretty shape as well and in my opinion make it look better than in the Pokédex even. =D
The lil Psychic Type Pokémon overall looks way sweet. Love the idea of him being so kind to take care of is so that it doesn't get too much stretched out by the now rather massively ballooned Shiny. It also looks really fancy of Chingling. Both of the Pokéfriends seem very happy with the results of the shared Levitate Ability.

In terms of Shiny, I can not else but say, he looks superadorable and so happy there. It gives me the brightest smile! X///3 ❤️️
I find it always interesting how in terms of cartoony Inflation, there exist so many different approaches to the same procedure. Some people blimp up certain body parts like here concentrated in the middle. Some may try to give characters all kinds of silly stretches and poof up a character in the silliest ways. Your method is way adorable and helps maintain the jolly nature of the characters presented in such situations.
And Shiny looks just huggable and way cute while there is still such great performance with drawing his Totodile features. I love how his tail looks like that whide spreaded nub, that he probably still would try to wag no matter what, hehe.
Plus it's way cool that you even drew in such items like the Everstone necklace of Shiny. Your attention for all such personal aspects is absolutely stunning and makes this whole series become perfect!

I said it to you in private at the time but I still wanna say it openly here again! It's such a joyous and playful series of illustration work that I cannot else but repeat of how much I adore it in its entirety. That includes hwo much it's appreciated that you were so kind to communicate and suggest me your ideas, Minish.

Should you ever feel like drawing Shiny, you absolutely have my permission to use him. He'd always be happy to hang out with Niall oe other of his cirle of dudes, visit the Minish from "The Legend of Zelda: The Minish Cap" and to play around and assist people.
