Thankies once more, Minish. Even now, I still find you did supersweet on this series. I always like to imagine Shiny in various situations where he gets to meet and befriend other Pokémon. Chingling like most Psychic Type Pokémon has not only the qualities of performing some impressive trickeries but also is a rather cute lucky charm based of the Suzu bell. A very cute Pokémon choice and I'm sure that Shiny would get along greatly with.

Your artworks are always really nice in capturing high accurcy and really adorable proportions of the Pokémon and other characters that you tend to illustrate. Like, I really find it sweet that you made the extra effort to visualize the buttons on Shiny's Bluetooth-MP3-wristband and overall your attention to detail is really great.
From little effects like visualizing the movement of the two kiddos to expressing the Pokémon-esque Move displays from the games with the extra little sparkles and a question mark of Shiny's bewondering what trick that might be that the other Poké might have in storage for him here. And of course the nicely painted background and shades give it a really friendly atmosphere.
