Background:
Raven is an experienced Mercenary and follow almost anybody who hires him. He has moral standards which cleary says no innocent people get hurt. Thought while it might help to save lifes, he refuses to get hired by either the Stormclocks or the Imperials since he personally thinks that the civil war is idiotic despite the fact it brought him tons of possible jobs to choose from.
In Skyrim he travels from town to town and takes any job that fits to his morals and rewards him with money. Doesn’t mind to team up when possible and respects other opinions.
