Well, some Zones are. Other zones are also based on the society of other things, like militaristic areas that are close to Exploration Zones. Then there's the peaceful farming zones that are like Harvest Moon, which are filled with plenty of farms that can be delivered to the other Inhabitant zones. Basically, different Inhabitant Zones are similar, or different depending on where they are. Sometimes it also depends on the distance to Exploration Zones. It all varies, really.

I did alter the canon of the world's origins since this story, so there's some changed details. A good chunk of it remains the same, though.
