I got the idea to draw a pregnant T-Rex after I watched Nova ScienceNOW on television. There's a segment where a scientist accidentally discovered preserved dinosaur tissue from a fossilized bone. (Note: That was months ago, so I forgot how it went.) She even noted that there might be a possibility that scientists could tell if a dinosaur is "pregnant" after bones were found.
