I think his head looks fine. :) Maybe the eyes could be adjusted a little lower (unless his eyes are like a predator's eyes, where they're situated towards the front of the skull). And have you noticed lately on FA? There are TONS of fat dragons (and if there was a pun, it was not intended)!!! Some overly obese! And yeah, the tail could use just a teeny bit of work, but otherwise looks decent enough. :) There are animals out there that do have large bodies and thin, small tails.
