Quadrupedal demon dog
I just finished him, yay! He was supposed to be done months ago, but I am so behind right now. ;.; Hopefully the person who commissioned him will think he was worth the wait. I sure think he looks great. I love doing quad suits. (Not enough to do 'em cheap, they are SO much work! But they look so terrific when they're done, it's just great.)
Edit - I forgot about the thing that always happens with quad suits. THIS IS A FURSUIT. THIS IS NOT A PLUSH. YOU WEAR IT. IT IS A COSTUME. A PERSON GOES INSIDE IT. Just, you know, letting you know. :)

There's a lot of padding to shape it, and sort of stilts to make your arms log enough. This photo may help you picture it: http://www.sparkcostumes.com/galler.....s/P1020702.JPG
Sure! I can do boobies. http://www.furaffinity.net/view/1441489/ :D
Well, I suppose the idea in that one would be to not try and hide the seams... make them part of the character. I'd be basing it off of this pup anyway: http://www.balloonpup.com/gallery/v/Photos/Plushie
Cool character.
The areas where I'd be concerned are the arms and the neck. The arm stilts, you see, are separate pieces from the body. They have to be, because of the way I've engineered the weight support on them. On a furry suit, there's a strip of velcro that tacks the fur from the upper arm to the fur of the lower arm. But with a shiny fabric, I'm not sure how I'd hide that join. And the head is also a separate piece, with just a loose flap of fur hiding the neck. So it's not so much seams as it is outright breaks in the fabric.

The head it might be possible to do like I've done on my calico cat suit, where the neck is actually part of the body suit, like a turtleneck, and the head is designed to come down and overlap that slightly, without needing a flap. This probably would work on a quad suit. The only thing I can think of for the arms is to basically make the upper "sleeve" extra, extra long, and hem up the end, and just have it overlap by a good long bit. So you shouldn't have a gap, just kind of a fabric end, if that makes sense. So it is still possible, it's just a bit more of a challenge.
What do you use as a support inside the arm stilts for the hands/arms of the person inside?
Im looking at making a quad suit but cant get round what i'd be resting on (inside the pvc pipe)... if you dont mind me asking?
.... and i may need to buy LOADS more foam for the fleshing out... that or destroy my sofa!!!
