this is the origonal concept for hunter worm from meny years ago XD, this one has been captured and tamed into a hunting pet for bountry hunters or well what ever they wish to capture , the harness actual attached into the body of the worm so its masters can monitor it as it transmits a simplified message of what the worm is thinking ,

the from mouth attachment is intimidation and to alow the worm to dig through ground faster than its normal body would alow
