"I see him here all the time it seems. He's like a ghost, following me but never murmuring a single word. His presence is quite calming though. He had followed me through the darkest part of the forest and trekked over the most dangerous mountainsides with me...never leaving my side. I feel like he's here to protect me. Or maybe he needs protecting too. I'm not quite sure. All I know is something is familiar about this stranger, my heart seems content but my mind is still reeling."

Quick little speedpaint of Patience with a wolf I designed earlier today on a whim! I really just did this to see how they'd look side by side, but then got this idea in my head and went ahead and just made an illustration out of it! :D Patience is usually very wary of other wolves and is too timid to initiate contact, usually opting to run off before being seen. But this stranger has been keeping to her side for many weeks now, and she's tolerated him for some reason.
