Ozaki roped into helping Cydell with her first halloween (with orders to not let anyone take her daughters chocolate.. which he doubted would remain hers for long anyway), after helping to get her a fully original costume (from the princess herself) Ozaki then proceeds to take little Cydell around her neighborhood.

He finally gets decked by Kally for forgetting that she had set aside a costume for cydell earlier, one shes made especially for her to show how great she was at sewing,. a Ghost costume.

I think he got off lucky and she herself managed to keep most of the chocolate.
