2nd attempt! Figured out how to do layers. Now I have to work on eyes, scruffy fur, and shading. :)

I'm using Inkscape for Mac but I think there's a PC version too. I'm using it cause it's a free program and I can't afford photoshop or illustrator >.< haha

Oh well it's coming along nicely~, maybe eventually you can get a 'paid' program. Just keep on working at it ^w^

Thanks! :D Yeah I would like to. I just want to get better first then maybe I'll pay for a program. I just started making art so I'm just trying to make it better! I've never been a very good artist haha
