And I don't get Splatoon, either. Just amiibo. Speaking of, never try to duel against a Super Smash Bros. amiibo geared toward healing, like my Purin. Heals when she crouches, heals when she shields, and heals when she freaking knocks you off stage, geez!

Oh it's very fun. At first it seems simple enough, just pant a lot, shoot some squids, zip around, but it has this sort of "Just one more round" vibe that makes a tempting draw.
it also helps that matches are about 3 minutes long and timed and are won via amount of map painted.
Some can be won by .01%, other times it can be a total stomp.
Oh, and you can flip between male and female inklings at any time.
