Just a few days before Halloween, Mitsuki, the manga artist finally finish her recent work of Mage Brigade Magazine, Issue 23 Halloween Edition which the story involves the female tigress hunting a bad people and kill without mercy.

Her stepchild, Mikuru had been chosen to be placed in front cover of the recent issue since Mitsuki use Mikuru as a character in the story. The cosplayer Minami dressed Mikuru in murder-style theme. Liquefied tomato sauce is used to act as a blood.

Once done, Megumi snap a picture and create a little superimpose on Mikuru's tongue to make it longer.
