I would make a journal but it is against FA's rules to require a journal for raffles and I would hate for either of us to get in trouble.
Or It's allowed when it's not optional for participation?

I bolded above the part of the rule that it was. I am happy to help any time. The rule states to not reblog the contest but people have gotten away with it by just making it an optional thing.
Just I don't know how to write it in English but it's not optional to make an NEW journal.

Suika loves the summer. Their is all about fun in the sun! Their favorite food is melons of all kinds. They are genderless.
Suika paints on black/brown seeds every morning they wake up, They like looking like a watermelon; the english translation to their name. They are never seen without their 'seeds' If they cannot paint on the seeds they stay in bed/the house until they can paint them on. During the winter they hibernate.
