Berry Bloater, going by the name Berry Blitz, is the earth pony mistress of House Blitz. Once fifth in line, Bit Blitz as she was once known by left when opportunities for her closed up. It was Either join the Royal Guard or attend University to bring some kind of minor standing to a family already full of expert, high class siblings and she neither had the backbone or sharp wit for either. Desperate, she escaped and spent time on the street before ending up working in a blueberry farm on the outskirt farmland around Canterlot. This a very hard time for her especially coming from such rich background but she endured, barely, until a opportunity presented itself to her. One of the owners, a unicorn named Grass Grower was attempting to use her magic along with tombs from the Canterlot library to try and supercharge production of their product to compete better. Bit helped using her name to get into the more guarded sections of the library and copy the spells needed in return for less hours, higher wage and potential to become manager once they had succeeded and the farm could expand.

They did finally succeed in magically altering a blueberry to grow apple size, a big surprise even for the two but someone had to try it knowing full well what it could mean for the eater. The dozens of spells cast could have made the berry poisonous, mutative, cursed or obtain any number of other life ruining side effects. Naturally Grass Grower forced Bit to eat, believing either the earth pony would be ok and could be calmed with the temptation of greater reward, or she wouldn't and now she had all the spells needed to fix whatever was wrong plus that would leave her as the only pony knowing the secret to enhanced berry growth. It did have mutative effects...Just not negative ones. it changed the previously shy, easily fooled girl into what she is now warping a yellow coat and aqua hair into smooth blue and dark green, her mind twisted and enhanced with her cutie mark morphed from a few bits to three juicy berries, one having a uncanny resemblance to a pony.

Little to say Grass Grower was her first victim before heading back home. A blood test spell proved her bloodline despite the changes and she got to work setting up...Accidents for her siblings and parents. Now the last one left, Berry Blitz as she now calls herself finds is in direct control of the House's vast fortune and work force spending most of her free time wondering the high class estates of Canterlot Castle and low class night clubs equally looking for new prey and new toys.

Berry Blitz might be her recorded name but she always considered her true name Berry Bloater, but a name like that plus her cutie mark might rouse suspicion so she uses the former along with heavy makeup to modify the pony aspect of her mark into the more fruit variety. She is a expert in potion, makeup and lotion making perfect for infecting others to be more like her. The transformation also left her long living aging at a much slower pace. She is actually a hundred and fifty years old aging only six years since her change, though she gets away with it and using others as toys by keeping her mansion rather isolated and free of staff. This allows the excuse that every once in awhile a daughter of the house takes over the mantel name of Berry Blitz and runs all external matters. This naturally creates all sorts of wild rumors by Berry doesn't mind so long as they are smart enough not to stick their snubby muzzles into her business!
