"1 - What parts of your prompt were written well and easy to understand? Was there anything the writer of the prompt could improve on or include next time they create a prompt?
Okay, honestly I was left a little confused on the words you gave me as themes.. I couldn't really find much to base anything off of them. So I sort of ended up going with a mild sort of "body horror" theme. For next time I recommend having a more straight-forward idea, maybe some examples, at least -something- that I can feel out exactly what you want. I basically ended up going with what I thought was sort of cool based off of the other things you mentioned like the eye thing, and rope. I also included the six legs and long-ish tail.

2 - Please explain how you interpreted the prompt to create your design. Which features did you use? Did you stick to the chosen palette or make changes to it? Does the design you created have any special abilities or quirks?
I sort of already covered this above, but I went with a mild horror aspect, and I chose a different palette from the colors I was given, however I also made a couple alternate palettes that do include at least one or two colors of the provided palette. Special abilities and such are up to Kaneki, but I personally like to think that it can shrink that giant eyeball and carry it around in its mouth (it can unhinge its jaw). It also uses the eye to see! And maybe it can float like it's some sort of ghost/demon? Who knows! It's totally up to the owner. x3"
