It’s a Pulp Fiction reference. “Fox-Force Five” was the name of the pilot movie Mia Wallace (Uma Thurman) had starred in, and “Ketchup” was the punchline of her character’s once-an-episode joke for the pilot:
Three tomatoes are walking down the street- a poppa tomato, a momma tomato, and a little baby tomato. Baby tomato starts lagging behind. Poppa tomato gets angry, goes over to the baby tomato, and smooshes him… and says, “Ketchup (Catch up).”
