A new character my buddy  darksword-wolf made for me here

Blue Lighting: a Lucario who has an ironic twist of fate where she has little to no control over aura, but she makes up with her capabilities of control over lighting she can exert from her own body to a point where she generates it at will. Within her clan she was normally shunned for not using her skills in Aura, but during a time when she was alone she has met a Legendary Pokemon who has taught her on how to use it effectively, after 6 months of committed work she thank her mentor and went on going through the trials in her life to reach up the ranks of earning her name "Lighting" within her name. If she couldn't use aura, she uses blue electricity from the aura within her body she couldn't control.
