Last week I made myself a superhero alter ego with the help of  KingDead~

His superpowers are body expansion and muscle growth. He can expand any particular part of his body (this explains his yaoi hands, which he didn’t realize at first was the result of his powers), but has yet to discover his limits. If he concentrates hard enough, he can build up muscle in his body and basically beef himself up.

The source of his power is calorie intake; he uses the food he eats as energy to fuel his powers (though it's possible that some foods may provide a sort of supercharge to his abilities). Expanding individual parts of his body don’t take up as much energy as muscle growth does, and if he uses his abilities on an empty stomach, it can cause serious damage to his body.
