Pony Commission: Whiplash the Pegasus
This commission was a lot of fun to do. :D It uses a new base I made.
I was told to imagine Whiplash as the lovechild of Pinkie Pie and Rainbow Dash when designing him, and what I got was a mix of curl and spikes. His cutie mark is a tire burning rubber.
