Now I have been working with two of my ferrets to get them to do things I want when I want. its taken Gir a good two months to get this far in it where as shadow isn't all that in to it any more. I started out with a clicker and a tube of ferret-vite and just clicked the clicker and gave him a treat then started to place blue tape on the floor and every time he touched it i would click and give him a treat then followed up with saying 'marker' every time timed he touched and give him a treat. its the same method they use when training animals for movies and tv shows.

if you know any thing about ferrets it more then likely that they cant sit still what so ever and you have a hard time trying to get the ferret in frame for the image with out having its head cut off. but Gir seems to be taking well to this and enjoys it. there is blue tape on the back of the blue/purple tube that Gir is resting/standing on
