Jousting
Looks like Sir Kiljaos is capable in jousting as well when needed.
This is a new acrylic painting on canvas (sized 52cmx40cm) that I made as a schoolwork. The job was to make something based on certain art-style and artists from history, and I chose the art-style from medieval times. So this painting is a medieval-styled with some mixes from renessance-era as well what comes to the details. Mostly this painting is based on the illustrations of Codex Manesse, especially the one showing jousting.
As you can see, this painting is about Sir Kiljaos Windmane, the lion paladin of wind with his steed Stormblåst jousting against some other knight and just managed to make a strike at the enemy knight and knock him down. It's not known is this a friendly jousting match or are they trying to kill each other. And also is this an offical tournament or a private challange. That's up to you, viewer. :)
