Ever try it out?

I havn't because i'm currently working on a file right now, and multitasking in hypnosis is usually a no-no. I'm thinking about making a few journal posts on it, to bring people up to speed on my progress, and chart more progress. Its kinda hard to explain, but i'm living proof that hypnosis works.

It was a personalized focus file for my friend. He has ADD out the wazoo, so I tried to help him out. I don't know what file I'm gonna do next, was actually gonna open up for a request to see if I like that sort of thing, heh

The best way to do these is to have someone record the file, then you listen and relax, trqncing out to it. An alternative is to use a text-to-speach generator, though I hear a lot of complaints about this method, as usually the generator voisew are harsh and choppy, and sometimes mispronounce words. The absolute best way is To get an experienced hypnotist to hypnotize you live or over the net. I actually just had my first net session yesterday, and must say, that was the deepest trance I have ever been in, plus I actually saw some fur on my arm, hehe.
