Yeah, it's an open cape, though it doesn't have the vampire like raised collar. Just a hood. I might have to change the outfit some. It got really chilly today and my legs have NO protection from the wind.

If you're gonna change it for warmth add fur and a set of bunny-ears and tail just like in the image above...

I already have the bunny ears and tail. Though it's hard to see when the hood is up so I'm gonna have it around my shoulders. I'm thinking of splitting the cape up in the back right down the middle so my tush and tail are exposed.
