This is something I throw together when I need something to eat but I don't want to do much work. As my vegetarian diet is for health reasons, I always have bits of onions and other veggies laying around that I just toss right in.
You will need...
Vegetable Bouillon cubes (2x)
Green onion
Veggie bits (I prefer onions, peppers, garlic and ginger)
Water
Garlic powder
Noodles on hand
(though I recommend rice noodles or ramen noodles from store because angel hair isn't as tasty as real rice noodles are)
Combine all in sauce pot and cook till noodles are tender.
Eat.
Really one of the easiest things to make.
Top with green onion.

yeah, I love making ramen. for a is it "Piscivore" that allows eggs or fish? I like tossing eggs into the boiling broth, and it poaches them, potstickers are good too! and those can be veggie. I THINK that's veggie friendly, not sure if like eggwash is used or something. but I also am a fan of carrots, and broccoli and cabbiage in my ramen soups.
word of warning...don't use red cabbiage...unless purplish brown is appetising to you. *wink*
