Great party food idea! You can use more or less Sriracha, depending on your tastes. I prefer more in mine because I like heat. It's a quick and delicious snack!
Prep: 10 Minutes
Cook: 20 Minutes
Ingredients:
- 2tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 lb Brussel Sprouts
- 3 tsp Sriracha Sauce
- 2 tbsp veganaise
- 1/4 cup Greek Yogurt
Directions:
1. Preheat Oven to 350 degrees. Toss Sprouts in Olive oil, coating evenly.
2. In mixing bowl; combine the Sriracha, yogurt and mayonaise. Put in fridge to chill till sprouts are done cooking.
3. Cook Sprouts in oven for 20 minutes. Remove and serve warm.
