cotton candy fluff with candy insides. can melt in heat or with exposure to liquids (goo, anyone? ;3)
can regenerate lost cotton candy fluffs by eating sweets or sugar.. or cotton candy
personality: peppy, mischievous, hyper, can be shy at times, enjoys sweets and cuddles and fluffy things. stubborn and can be standoffish at times.
clothing: http://www.furaffinity.net/view/15958633/ punk, dark, tomboyish, monochrome. may have a splash of color, but mostly greys and blacks. no white! likes outfits that reveal her toned stomach.
hair: must be parted like in the ref (going to the left). no middle parts. different hairstyles are okay, but no long hair.

I haven't been able to properly comment on so many that I watch as of late, but the sight of your icon and not seeing your work for so long made me want to. Such a friendly greeting with lots of love behind it.
It's been so long since I've had the chance to see your art and this character, and I love how she looks. Kolae's flamboyant colors are highly attractive and works with her preferred dark attire quite well. The Heart-shaped Pupil really works with her design, immediately making the idea of a normal pupil for her design seem void of appeal. The fact that she is one of my most loved breeds of Canine and loves one of my top 5 Candies is a pleasant treat.
