Marcus was in the Milk bar, having himself a couple of cold ones (root beer) when he met up with the likes of Mamoo. He did remember reading that today is her birthday and in addition to some well-wishes for it, he bought her a root beer float, naturally assuming she's as nice and friendly as they say she is.

To be honest, I will tell you that I already know that Mamoo has the hots for Storchritch (even though Meezoo thought it's Storchitch, whom has for her and still does, and honestly, he was right). I know that. So, never expect Marcus to take her from him as there is no point in breaking up an already finer pairing.
